Mass Balance in Petrochemical Storage Tank Receipt and Payment Based on Data Reconciliation Technique

研究了一种使用数据协调技术解决石化企业储罐收付平衡问题的方法,并分析了该方法中测量仪表精度对协调结果的影响。通过调整仪表精度,该方法中的优化求解算法覆盖了工程现场处理储罐收付平衡的业务规则。

A mass balance method based on data reconciliation technique is presented for the petrochemical enterprise storage tank receipt and payment. Analysis shows that the measurement accuracy is the major effected factor. If the measurement accuracy is adjusted appropriately, the optimization algorithm of the method will cover all business rules of tank receipt and payment in the actual petrochemical enterprises.
