摘要
本文提出了以链码为基础的种子填充算法，与传统的种子填充算法相比较，可以实现内部象素判断不重复，边界象素判断不超过两次。
This paper introduces a new boundary encoding based algorithm for filling area.Compared with the old seed filling algorithm,the new one is more efficient.
