摘要
本文通过对燃油泵关键零件Cr12MoV钢制柱塞失效形式的观察与试验,以硬度、残余奥氏体量、碳化物形态及含量、耐磨性、冲击韧性和接触疲劳寿命等组织与性能的对比为依据,提出了柱塞最佳热加工工艺方案.
According to the findings from the tests of default mode of the oil pump plunger made from Cr12MoV steel and based on contrasting the hardness, wear resistance, impact toughness and contact fatigue life, residual austenite amount, carbide configuration and content, the optimum hot-working process scheme of plunger is given in the paper.
