摘要
为使医院的核心竞争力尽快适应新医疗模式下医院发展的需要,文章就核心竞争力动态管理的概念、必要性及主要内容作以介绍,为实现核心竞争力的动态管理提供了理论依据。
To make the core competence of hospital meet the needs of the new medical treatment model. This paper introduced the concept, necessity and content of the dynamic management of hospital core competence, establish gui elines and foundation for the dynamic management in theory.
