摘要
目的探讨常规MR成像和1HMR波谱(MRS)在自闭症诊断中的价值。资料与方法回顾性分析12例自闭症患者的全脑常规MR扫描及其中8例患者额叶和海马的多体素2D1HMR波谱扫描表现。结果常规MR扫描发现3例患者的顶叶白质在FLAIR上出现斑片状高信号。1HMRS分析发现5例患者额叶的NAA/Cho明显下降(NAA/Cho<1),其中1例患者的左侧额叶出现Lac峰;另外有2例患者海马的NAA/Cho出现下降(NAA/Cho<1)。结论常规MR成像和1HMRS可发现部分自闭症患者脑组织异常。
Objective To evaluate the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ^1H MR spectroscopy (MRS) in the diagnosis of autism. Materials and Methods Conventional MRI and 2D ^1H MRS findings in 12 patients with autism were reviewed retrospectively. Results High signal intensity regions were found in white matter of parietal lobes on FLAIR images in 3 subjects. Decreased NAA/Cho ratio( NAA/Cho 〈 1 ) was revealed in the frontal lobe in 5 subjects, in which the peak of Lactate was shown in 1 case. Decreased NAA/Cho ratio( NAA/Cho 〈 1 ) was identified in the hippocampus in 2 subjects. Conclusion Conventional MRI and ^1H MRS could show abnormalities of the brain in some patients with autism.
