针药并用治疗无器质性心脏病室性早搏疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine in Treating Ventricular Premature Beat without Organic Heart Disease

目的观察针药并用治疗无器质性心脏病室性早搏的疗效。方法37例无器质性心脏病有明显症状的室性旱搏患者按就诊顺序分观察组20例和对照组17例。观察组行针刺配合西药治疗,对照组行单纯药物治疗,均观察治疗前后室性早搏数及躯体症状的变化。结果连续治疗6星期后,观察组在改善症状上优于对照组。结论针药并用治疗无器质性心脏病室性早搏能明显改善临床症状,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in treating ventricular premature beat without organic heart disease. Methods Thirty-seven patients with ventricular premature beat who had obvious symptoms and no organ- ic heart disease were allocated, in order of visit, to an observation group of 20 cases and a control group of 17 cases. The observation group was treated with acupuncture plus Western medicines and the control group, with simple medication. Changes in the number of ventricular premature beats and the body symptoms were examined in both groups before and after treatment. Results After six consecutive weeks of treatment, the symptoms were improved more in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in treating ventricular premature beat without organic heart disease.
