超高效液相色谱串联质谱法对鳗鱼中大环内酯类、喹诺酮类和磺胺类兽药残留量的同时测定

Simultaneous Determination of 25 Macrolides,Quinolones and Sulfonamides Residues in Eels by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry

建立了同时测定鳗鱼组织中大环内酯、喹诺酮和磺胺类共25种兽药残留的超高效液相色谱串联质谱分析方法。采用多反应监测模式进行测定，外标法定量，鳗鱼组织在酸化条件下用乙腈提取，经正己烷除油，检出限为0．1～0．2μg／kg。除泰乐菌素外，回收率均在60％～97％之间，相对偏差不大于12．6％，线性回归相关系数在0．9974～0．9999之间。

A UPLC - MS/MS method to simultaneously detect veterinary residues of macrolides, quinolones and sulfonamides in eel was established. The eel tissue was extracted by acidified acetonitrile, degreased by n-hexane. The detection limit were 0. 1 -0.2 μg/kg. Except for tylosin, the recovery were 60% -97% , RSD ≤ 12.6% , the relative coefficiencies of their regression equations were 0. 997 4 -0. 999 9.
