摘要
宫颈妊娠是一种严重的异位妊娠,可以导致阴道大出血甚至危及生命,这也是其治疗中的一个难点。血管性介入治疗(子宫动脉栓塞术)能够安全有效地控制阴道出血,单独应用或联合其他治疗取得良好的效果,正逐渐被采用。
Cervical pregnancy is a dangerous type of ectopic pregnancy. It can lead to profuse even life-threatening hemorrhage, which also remains a challenging problem to be solved in the process of treatment. Uterine artery embolization （UAE）,an interventional therapy, is proved to be a safe and efficient procedure for controlling serious bleeding, and is gradually acceptable.
