近年来,随着介入材料和方法学的进展,采用经导管的方法进行瓣膜置换已取得成功,并开始了初步的临床应用,已成为心血管疾病介入治疗的新亮点。文章主要介绍经皮肺动脉瓣置换术及经皮主动脉瓣置换术的应用现状。

Recently with the advance of catheter-based materials and technologies, percutaneous implantation of stent-based valve has been successfully developed and preliminary clinical use has begun. In this article, percutaneous replacement of aortic valve and pulmonary valve is discussed.
