ZrO2对Ni-CeO2-ZrO2纳米复合电铸层组织结构及性能的影响

Influence of ZrO_2 on Microstructure and Properties of Nano Composite Ni-CeO_2-ZrO_2 Electroforming Deposits

摘要 采用纳米复合电铸工艺制备Ni-CeO2-ZrO2纳米复合电铸层。研究镀液中ZrO2纳米微粒对复合电铸层中CeO2与ZrO2纳米微粒的质量分数的影响,测试和分析ZrO2对Ni-CeO2-ZrO2复合电铸层的表面形貌、结晶取向和显微硬度的变化。结果表明:合理选择ZrO2纳米微粒添加量,可以提高两种微粒在电铸层中的质量分数,能够促进CeO2纳米微粒与ZrO2纳米微粒共沉积。添加ZrO2纳米微粒后,可以获得晶粒较小、组织均匀的Ni-CeO2-ZrO2电铸层表面形貌,其结晶取向有所改善,显微硬度明显提高。 The Ni-CeO2-ZrO2 nano composite electroforming deposits are prepared by using nano composite electroforming process. The effect of ZrO2 nano particles in the electroforming solution on the mass fraction of the codeposited CeO2 and ZrO2 nano-particles is studied. The changes caused by addition of ZrO2 in morphology, crystallizing orientation and micro-hardness of the electroforming deposits are tested and analyzed. The results show that addition of right quantity of ZrO2 nano particles can increase the mass fraction of the two nano particles in electroforming deposits and promote the codeposition of CeO2 and ZrO2 nano particles. By adding ZrO2 nano-particles, a morphology of Ni-CeO2-ZrO2 electroforming deposit with smaller crystals and uniform texture can be obtained, the crystallizing orientation can be bettered to a certain extent, and the micro hardness can also be improved remarkably.
