摘要
实验采用自行合成的高分子重金属絮凝剂巯基乙酰聚乙烯亚胺(MAPEI)处理含铜电镀废水;研究其对Cu2+、Ni2+和浊度去除的效果及重金属的回收。结果表明:(1)该絮凝剂对Cu2+、Ni2+和浊度均有很好的去除作用;(2)废水pH值的变化对Cu2+、Ni2+和浊度的去除效果影响不大;(3)残渣中的Cu2+用盐酸回收,回收率可达到60%。
A macromolecule heavy metals flocculant polyethyleneimlne-thioglycollic acid (MAPEI) synthesized by reacting polyethyleneimine with thioglycollic in acid medium is used to treat copper containing electroplating wastewater. Its efficiency in removing Cu^2+ , Ni^2+ and turbidity as well as heavy metal recovery are investigated. The experiments results show; (1) MAPEI has a strong removing effect on Cu^2+ , Ni^2+ and turbidityl (2) The pH value has a little effect on the removal of Cu^2+ , Ni^2+ and turbidity; (3) The Cu^2+ contained in the precipitates can be recovered by hydrochloric acid, and recovery rate can reach 60%.
