摘要
提出基于神经网络的热量平衡法(NNHBM),并将它运用于最小割集的搜索之中,利用它来判断一个图的连通性.为进行实际工程应用,对该算法的软件实现步骤进行了详细的说明.最后对IEEE-RTS24节点系统[7]进行了最小割集搜索的仿真研究,证明了热量平衡法在电网可靠性评估中运用的可行性.
By means of research for the theory of neural network, this paper puts forward the heat balance method based on neural network techniques (NNHBM) to determine the connectivity of a graph which is necessary for searching the minimel cut sets of a network,and presents an implement plan of the method with software.It is proved that the research is feasiable for an application in electric network reliability evaluation by the testing of the IEEE RTS with 24 nodes.
