摘要
从可持续发展角度阐述了海洋经济可持续发展能力的内涵,并以系统理论为指导,构建海洋经济可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,选用三标度层次分析法建立海洋经济可持续发展能力评价模型,对中国沿海区域海洋经济可持续发展能力进行了定量分析和评价。
On the basis of the sustainable development theory and the guide ot the systems theory, this paper sets up the meaning of sustainable development abilities of marine economy, and constructs the indicator system. Using the improved AHP method, this paper carries out the quantitative evaluation and an analysis of sustainable development abilities of the 11 provinces and cities that locate in coastal area of China.
