摘要
本文主要从气调库保鲜技术的发展和原理出发,分析该技术所具有的贮藏时间长、营养价值高等特点,并重点介绍在人工制造低温环境的基础上,对制氮(降氧)、二氧化碳调节和乙烯脱除等设备进行自动控制,从而实现延长果蔬保鲜期的特定气调环境,为气调保鲜技术的应用提供参考。
From the development and principle of the technology of preserving fresh about controlled atmosphere, the paper mainly analyses its characteristics, such as long storage time and high nutritional value, and mostly introduces the interrelated facilities including producing nitrogen (reducing oxygen),adjusting carbon dioxide, eliminating ethene and so on. On the base of artificial refrigeration, we can control these facilities automatically. It is achieved to control atmosphere for prolonging storage life of the vegetables and fruits. So it will provide some references about the application of this technology.
