摘要 根据第二类导体的导电原理,采用适当浓度的电解质溶液作为发热体并兼作传热介质,设计一种适用于科研和实验教学使用的新型恒温水浴装置,论述恒温槽的基本结构和工作原理,探讨电解质溶液浓度、加热功率、极间电压和电流等因素对控温精度的影响。研究结果表明,采用电解质溶液作为发热体,可以彻底消除热滞问题对控温精度的不利影响。当以Pt100热敏电阻为感温元件,LU-902K型位式调节仪作为温度控制器时,可使控温灵敏度达到±0.02℃。 According to the conductive theory of the second kind of conductor, the new thermostat water-bath equipment used in scientific research and experimental teaching was designed by adopting proper electrolyte solution as heating substance and thermal transmission medium. The basic structure and working principle of the new thermostat, and the effect of some factors on controlling temperature such as concentration of the electrolyte solution, heating power, electric current and pole-to-pole voltage are discussed. This equipment can eliminate the disadvantageous effect of thermal hysteresis to control temperature precision. The measure result used a Pt100 thermistor and a LU-902K step-type adjustor is that the precision of adjusting temperature is ± 0.02℃.
