创新战略导向对R&D/市场动态界面与产品创新绩效相关性的调节作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 产品创新战略导向对动态界面与产品创新绩效相关性具有重要的影响作用.通过问卷调查的方法,运用统计分析软件,揭示了产品创新战略导向对动态R&D/市场界面管理水平与产品创新绩效相关性的调节作用,实证结果表明,产品创新计划前期的R&D/市场界面管理水平和后期的界面管理水平对产品创新绩效都有显著的正向促进作用;市场战略导向对于产品创新计划R&D/市场阶段界面与产品创新绩效的相关性具有较大的影响;而技术战略导向对于产品创新计划R&D/市场阶段界面与产品创新绩效相关性的调节并不总是有效的.总结了本研究的讨论以及研究的管理学意义. This study aims to examine the effect of the innovation strategy on relationship between the level of R&D/ market involvement in different stages of product innovation process and the product innovation performance. Following an empirical framework, a research is made. This research shows that the positive relationship between the level of dynamic R&D/market involvement and the product innovation performance is moderated by product innovation strategy. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.
