摘要
提出了高层管理团队(TMT)知识结构和职业背景的异质性与企业创新绩效关系的概念模型和假设,通过对产业集群内企业的调查研究,结果表明,TMT成员的知识结构异质性对R&D绩效、生产制造绩效、营销绩效和创新过程绩效均有积极显著影响,TMT成员职业背景的异质性对R&D绩效、创新过程绩效有积极显著影响,但对生产制造绩效、营销绩效没有显著影响.为进一步从TMT角度研究企业技术创新提供参考依据.
Based on the literature review, a hypothesis model about the relationship between heterogeneity of knowledge framework and occupation background about top management team and the innovational performance of enterprises was put forward. Through an investigation to the corporations of industry cluster, the study found that the heterogeneity of knowledge framework of TMT members had positive and notable influence on the performance of R&D, manufacture, marketing and innovation process. The heterogeneity of occupation background about the TMT members had positive and notable influence on the performance of R&D and the performance of innovation process, but had no prominent influence on the performance of marketing and manufacture. This study provided some reference gist for the deeper research to technological innovation of enterprises from the point of TMT.
