在分析自主创新三种实现形式的内涵及适应条件的基础上,认为不同层次的创新主体在自主创新实现形式选择上表现出梯度性;深入探讨了自主创新梯度转移的路径与梯度策略;给出了基于自主创新梯度策略的政策建议.

Based on the analysis on the connotation and the condition of compatibility of 3 forms of the independent innovation; it points that the different level innovation subjects should select the forms of gradient independent innovation and then deeply researches into the independent innovation strategy on grads process and the gradient strategy. Finally, it puts forward the policy suggestions based on the independent innovation gradient strategy.
