摘要
应用系统工程理论方法构建区域产业技术自主创新系统模型,分析了各要素的系统功能,阐述了区域技术创新对区域产业的相互促进作用及区域产业技术创新系统的运行过程,并从市场机制、动力机制、保障机制、风险决策机制等多方面就区域产业自主创新系统的运行机制进行了分析.
It establishes the self-innovation system model of region industry through applying system engineering theory and method. Analyzes the system functions of every element, expounds the reciprocity of the self-innovation system and region industry, and analyses the operational process of the self-innovation system of region industry. At the end, analysis is made on the operational mechanism of self-innovation system from numerous aspects, including market-mechanism, power-mechanism, risk-mechanism and so on.
