摘要
以探索性研究实证分析了知识转移中影响接收方员工知识转移绩效的组织因素,将其归纳为领导支持、组织奖励、组织控制、群体行为以及工作需求五个方面,以22家企业的335份调研问卷为样本,实证分析了组织情境因素对知识转移绩效影响中内在动机和外在动机的中介效应,提出了对策建议和未来研究方向.
An empirical study is made on the organizational factors that affect knowledge transfer performance of receiver in the course of knowledge transfer. These factors can be reduced to five aspects, such as leader support, organization encouragement, organization control, group action and task requirement. Based on 335 survey questionnaires coming from 22 enterprises, it analyzes the mediating effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of organizational situation to knowledge transfer performance. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasure, advices and the orientation of further research.
