Research on Positioning Decision of High-tech Firm's Agglomeration

通过博弈模型系统研究了知识溢出、同业竞争以及内部知识转移对高科技企业集聚定位决策的影响.发现当存在较大技术差距时,上述因素对不同企业的集聚定位决策影响有显著差别.当知识溢出效应下降、同业竞争强度上升、内部知识转移效率下降时,技术领先企业会倾向集聚定位,而此时技术相对落后企业则选择非集聚定位.

There are three important factors affecting high-tech firm＇s agglomeration positioning decision-making. The factors include enterprise＇s knowledge spillover, competitive intense and internal knowledge transfer among the subcompanies. A game model shows that the factors have different effects on different firms when there is a technological gap among them. Decline of the efficiency of knowledge spillover and internal knowledge transfer or rise of competitive intense will impel the leader firm prefer agglomeration but the laggards will take the opposite decision.
