摘要
对华东师范大学进行案例分析,着重对其"一个中心,两个推进,三大战略"的科技创新体系建设目标;包含重大科技项目对接,科学交叉研究培育,创新研究平台提升,科技成果转化促进,学术交流,创新团队和引智培育等内容的科技创新行动计划;突出重点、有所为、有所不为的精品战略,人才引进与培育相结合的精英战略,硬件建设与人才团队建设相捆绑的集聚战略和激励约束机制并行的科技管理理念、机制创新;勇于创新、和谐大气的校园创新文化建设等四方面科技创新体系建设的理念和实践进行介绍.
Bases on the practice of ECNU＇s S＆T innovation system building, it discusses about the target, which is so called ＂One centre, Two boosts and Three strategies＂ ; ECNU＇s S＆T innovation actions include important scientific program preparation, cross researches cultivation, scientific innovation platform building, scientific achievement transformation, academia exchange, innovation teams, the quality strategy, the expert strategy and distribution strategy. It is necessary to corporate the hardware building into expert-group building, and to have harmonious university innovation culture building.
