设计一个自动汽车前照灯检测仪,以MCS51单片机为主控器。它可自动追踪前照灯光束的光轴位置,控制电机带动光接收箱的移动。精确度高且实现了智能化。叙述电路的设计方案和软件流程,在硬件方面,主要从信号采集,电气控制等方面进行研究和设计。
This text designs an automatic optical axis tester for automobile headlamps tase on MCS -51Singlechip. It can track the optical - axis of head - lamp automatically, controlled the electromotor driving the tester to align the optical - axis. The accuracy is high and the intelligence is carded out. This text describes the design of project and the software processes of the electric circuit, in terms of hardware system, carries on research and designs mainly from the collect of signal, the electric control etc.
