分析了纺丝生产中的断头现象的产生原因如聚酯黏度波动、组件漏浆、飘荡丝等,并探讨了消除断头的对策及方法。包括用工艺控制应对黏度波动,优质安装组件遏制漏浆断头,优化环吹风管理。采取措施后漏浆断头明显减少,生产控制平稳,原丝品质得到了提升。

The causes of the broken ends phenomenon in spinning production were analysed, for example the polyester viscosity fluctuation, spinning pack melt leakage and drift yarn. The methods and countermeasures to eliminate the broken ends phenomenon were discussed,such as using process control to deal with viscosity fluctuation,using high quality installation spinning pack to hold back melt leakage and broken ends, optimization the cross air flow management. After the measures be taken, the melt leakage and broken ends phenomenon was reduced obviously, the production control was steady, the grey yarn quality was improved.
