从经济学的视角解读“工业反哺农业”

Analyses of Industry Financing Agriculture in Terms of Economics

2004年胡锦涛提出了关于工农产业关系发展的"两个趋向",在理论界曾掀起关于工业反哺农业问题的大讨论;而中国全面免除农业税,实质上标志着中国工业反哺农业时代的开始。文章以政治经济学、发展经济学和新制度经济学的视角来解读工业反哺农业,目的在于更好地理解和解决工业反哺农业中的相关问题。

In 2004 Hu Jintao proposed his well-known ＂two tendencies＂ theory which concerns the industrial relationship of industry and agriculture and brought forth discussions about industry financing agriculture. The abolition of agricultural taxes signals the beginning of industry -financing -agriculture age in China. This paper analyzes industry financing agriculture with the help of political economics, development economics and new institutional economics in order to better understand and deal with the problems concerning industry financing agriculture.
