摘要
无功电压控制问题对提高电力系统的安全性和经济性具有重要的意义。无功电压控制目前广泛采用分区电压三级控制结构。对于二级电压控制系统中的电厂侧AVC子站,可根据电厂侧的要求采用逐步逼近法建立自动跟踪电压控制模型,运用自学习方法计算系统阻抗,并建立电厂侧无功电压控制系统必要的安全性约束保证电网与机组的安全运行,最后给出了电厂侧AVC子站调控逻辑中需要注意的一些关键技术问题,其结论对工程实践具有借鉴意义。
Research on the reactive power and voltage control deeply affects the stability and economics of power system. Now most of reactive voltage control system uses the 3-sectional control structure. According to request of AVC sub-station system in power plant as second section, it builds a successive approximation automatic tracking voltage control model. Using self-learning method to calculate the system impedance, the paper concludes the necessary security constraints of reactive power voltage control system to for the sake of the security of network and unit. At last, it concludes that some of the key technical issues of logic control in AVC sub - station are significant for engineering.
