摘要
屈原是中国古代逆境人才的典型。在他的代表作《离骚》《九章》《天问》等诗篇中,表达了一系列关于人才的观点,构成了屈原的人才观,其主要内容一是"内美"与"修能"并重的人才标准观,二是"求索"与"遇合"并重的人才作为观,三是"去谗"与"改俗"并重的人才环境观。随着屈原作品和精神自古至今的广泛传播,他的人才观已经产生重要影响。屈原的人才观是我国人才学界应予重视的宝贵思想文化遗产。
Qu Yuan,a typical talented person in time of adversity in ancient China,conveyed a series of conceptions of talent in his representative works The Sorrow of Separation,Nine Songs and Questions to Heaven.His viewpoints of talent include:(1) standards of"internal beauty"and"self-discipline";(2)accomplishment of"exploration"and"opportunity";(3)and the envi-ronment of"dis-calumniation"and"elimination of worldly practice." His views,which have been exercising a significant influence with a wide spread of his works and spirit from ancient times to the present,should be a part of the treasured cultural heritage in the field of talent science in China.
