Innovative undertakings are a good embodiment of the spirit of the Seventeenth Congress of CPC in Beilun as well as a good solution to present dilemmas and problems and a means to enhance this district＇s competitiveness.Based on an overview of the present situation of Beilun,this paper argues that the Political Consultative Committee should take advantage of its political,humanistic and traditional strength and power to create a wholesome environment for innovative undertakings.
