高职专业技术能力的构成及培养途径创新 被引量:9

摘要 高职专业技术能力应由专业技术应用能力、学习能力、研究能力和创新能力等四个方面构成。其培养途径可以从五个主要方面进行创新:1.以就业岗位技能需求为核心,设置专业技能课程模块;2.根据专业技能课程模块,组建专业技能教学团队,负责专业技能课程模块的教学和组织实训,3.设计和组织各种专业技能比赛;4.结合专业技术模块的构成,成立学生学习兴趣小组;5.建立教学质量评价和监控体系,这种培养和训练模式可定义为专业技术能力模块化教学模式。 The higher vocational professional technology ability should consists of application ability of professional technology, study ability, research ability, and innovation ability. The innovative training methods are from four aspects: 1.focus on the skills demand of employment and set up professional skill course modules. 2. according to the course modules, build up a professional skill teaching team which takes charge of the teaching of these modules and the practical training. 3. design and organize various professional skills competitions. 4. combining with the structure of professional skill modules, establish students study group. This kind of training mode could be defined as professional skill modules teaching mode.
