高校学生社团建设是高校和谐校园文化建设的重要组成部分,也是高校优化学生成才环境、提高学生综合素质、开放学生眼界的重要依托。本文阐述了高校学生社团建设现状及存在的问题,介绍了项目管理方法在高校学生社团建设中应用的基本内容及实施流程,提出了建设优秀学生社团的有效途径。

College Student Association construction is an important part of establishment of harmonious college campus culture and the education positions of Extracurricular Activities, also the construction can optimize environrnent of student learning and improve their overall quality and open the horizons of students. This paper first describes the status and the existing problems of University Student Association construction, and then introduces the application of project management methodology and gains the methods and process to establish the perfect College Student Association construction.
