摘要
本文对ZG35CrMnSi精铸件时常出现机械性能不合格的现象进行了度验研究,找出了原因,严格了工艺,稳定了质量;还介绍了挽救不合格炉次零件的工艺方法.
The reasons which frequently cause the unacceptable mechanical properties of ZG35CrMnSi fine casting are analyzed. The quality is stabilized by the remedial heat treatment test to survive unacceptable casting lot.
