摘要
企业文化管理是现代企业管理研究的重点,通过问题直接基模生成法建立企业共同价值观形成基模、企业文化传播反馈基模、企业文化变革成长上限基模、企业文化变革的饮鸩止渴基模、企业文化舍本逐末基模五个基模的分析发现:促进我国企业文化建设应不断降低员工价值观差距,减少员工气馁度;增强学习,提升标准;增强创新意识,改变思维意识;强化激励机制,内外协调发展。
Enterprise culture management research is one of the most important research of enterprise management. By using the method of FAJA ( the first hand archetype generating approaching analysis ) to gain an enterprise value forming archetype, an enterprise spreading feedback archetype, an enterprise innovating limited to growth archetype, an enterprise innovating resulting in disaster archetype, an enterprise attending to trifles and neglecting the essentials archetype, we find that in order to advance our country's enterprise culture management, we should reduce the differences between the enterprise and personnel,reduce the personnels discouragement, build up study ability, advance enterprise' s management criterion, build up innovating consciousness, c strengthen enterprise' s prompting mechanism, and correspond development inside and hange personnel' s thinking, outside.
