武汉横渡长江活动作为江城人民喜爱的传统体育项目之一,在其70多年的发展进程中,已经成为国际知名的国际渡江节,吸引了不少国内外的游泳者、旅游者和投资者等来武汉参赛、旅游、投资等,对武汉的发展也起到一定的推动作用。
The crossing over Yangtze River is one of the Wuhan habitants＇ traditional favorite sports, which becomes a wellknown international festival of crossing river during its 70 years historic progress. It attracts a lot of swimmers, tourists and investors at home and abroad to come Wuhan to swim, travel and invest, and promote the development of Wuhan.
