用比较进样法的Yatay椰子果实精油的GC-MS分析

GC-MS ANALYSIS OF YATAY PALM FRUITS ESSENTIAL OIL USING COMPARATIVE INJECTION METHOD

摘要 用水蒸汽蒸馏萃取法获得Yatay椰子果实精油,用两种进样方法进行GC-MS分析.用通常进样法检测出88种成分,解析鉴定了占总精油95.11%的65种成分,主要由酯类化合物56.95%,醇18.10%,羧酸14.15%,醛2.73%构成,主成分为己酸乙酯(33.99%).用热解吸进样法检测出105种成分,解析鉴定了占总精油84.43%的60种成分,主要由酯类化合物53.23%,羧酸22.05%,醇3.65%等构成,主成分为月桂酸乙酯(13.83%)和辛酸(13.62%). The essential oil was obtained from Yatay palm fruits by water distillation extraction method and was analyzed by GC-MS using two injection method. When used the general injection method, 88 constiuents were detected and 65 chemical compounds which occupied 95.11% of total constituents were identified contained esters (56.95 % ), alcohols (18.10 % ), carboxylic acids (14.15 % ), aldehydes (2.73%), and the major constituent was ethyl hexanoate (33.99%). When used the thermal desorption injection method, 105 constiuents were detected, and 60 chemical compounds which occupied 84.43% of total constituents were identified contained esters (53.23%), carboxylic acids (22.05 % ), alcohols (3.65 % ), the major constituent were ethyl (E)-cinnamate ( 13.83 % ) and Octanoic acid (13.62%).
