摘要
藏族是中国古老的民族之一。由于居住环境、气候条件和从业性质的不同,藏族形成了独具特色而又丰富多彩的饮食文化。藏族地区主产青稞、马铃薯,以青稞等制作的糌粑和酥油是农牧民的主要食品,奶制品有酥油、酸奶、奶渣等。这些特色食品再配以藏族传统的待客礼仪,使藏族的饮食风格具有浓郁的民族特色,形成了独具特色的饮食文化。
As one of the ancient ethnic groups in China, Tibetan has developed the catering culture with diversity and peculiar features of its own due to the differences in residental environment, climate and the nature of business. Hullessbarley and potato are grown in Tibetan area. Farmers and herdsmen primarily feed on zan ba and shortening made from hullessbarley. Dairy products include shortening, yogurt, cream dairy, etc. These unique foods, along with troditional Tibetan etiquette make Tibetan catering culture full of ethnic features.
