摘要
中国各民族都有独特的风味食品。充分利用各民族饮食文化,通过让游客参与民族食品的制作,建设具有民族特色的美食街道,定期举办专题美食节等活动,开发和包装以民族饮食文化为主的旅游线路,既可以承扬民族饮食文化,又可以丰富旅游的内涵,实现饮食业与旅游业的双赢。
Ethnic groups around China have various unique foods of their own. The article attempts to develop and package the ethnic catering culture- oriented tour routes so as to carry forward the ethnic catering culture and enrich the intension of the catering and tourist industry, achieving a win- win situation by getting visitors involved in ethnic food production, constructing gourmet streets with ethnic features and regularly holding gourmet festivals.
