In light of the analysis on the relations optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, between the capital market and the the article surveys the conduction mechanism by which the capital market promotes the optimization of the industrial structure from the perspectives of autonomous growth and outward promotion industrial upgrading, and proposes some ideas for developing the capital market based on its defects affecting upgrading of industrial structure in China.
