摘要
电阻炉是一种具有纯滞后的大惯性系统。开关炉门、加热材料、环境温度以及电网电压等因素都影响控制过程,传统的加热炉控制系统大多难以保证加热工艺要求。通过将模糊控制算法引入传统的加热炉控制系统中,利用单片机编程构成智能模糊控制系统,从而实现对电阻炉温度的模糊控制。
The resistance furnace is a kind of pure- delay and large inertial system. The controll process is affected by furnace door, heated materials, temperature and voltage power, etc. The control system for traditional heating furnace mostly fails to guarantee heating technological requirement. This article attempts to use microcontroller programming to construct intelligence fuzzy control system by introducing the fuzzy control algorithm to traditional heating furnace control system.
