农民工子女低学业成绩的人类学阐释--对A市农民工子女学业成绩的现状调查与归因分析 被引量:7

摘要 来自A市农民工子女学业状况的调查显示:农民工子女的学业成绩普遍低于城市其他社会阶层子女。缺失精英文化所需要的家庭土壤,语言文化差异引起的师生交流及家校沟通困难,社会地位的差异与现行学校教育的科层制分化是农民工子女低学业成绩的主要原因。为此,我们建议有关部门应从政策保障、社会环境、家庭和学校教育等方面采取相应措施推动农民工子女学业成绩的提高。 An investigation of the academic conditions of children of farmer workers in a city shows that the academic achievements of farmer workers'children are lower than those come from other social stratum in the city generally. The main cause of this are those family lack of elite culture, communicational difficulty among inteachers, students and school due to linguistic - cultural differences, social status differences and the hierarchic system of current school education. So we suggest that relevant departments take measures on policy support, social environment, family and school education and so on to prompt the academic achievement of children of farmer workers.
