摘要
学术管理就是对高等教育中学术性事物和活动的管理,当前大学学术管理存在评价制度过分功利、用人制度价值错位的问题;大学的学术管理应注重学术目标,建立和完善参谋咨询机制、决策机制、执行机制和评价机制。
Academic management is a kind of administration aiming at academic things and activities in higher education. At present, there are some problems such as excessively utilitarian evaluating system and value malposed employing the consultative system in university academic management. It should pay attention to academic object, and set up system, decision -making system, executing system, evaluating system and make them perfect.
