摘要 开放教育学习者突出的工学矛盾和学习时间的不确定性,使课堂教学承担着解决学习问题、指导学习方法的双重任务,决定着课堂面授必须量少、质优、效果佳,决定着课堂教学必须是"导"。提高"导学"课堂的有效性,就要做细、做实课前准备,做好引导、辅导和督导服务,更要做好课堂教学后的反思。 The conspicuous contradictions of learning and working and the instability of their learning time for OE students make it bear the two tasks of solving their learning problems and instructing them learning methods for our classroom teaching, which determines that there should be fewer teaching periods, but high quality and good effect, and classroom teaching should be "instructing and guiding". In order to improve the efficiency of "tutorial" lessons, we must carefully plan our lessons in details, do well the work of guiding, tutoring and supervising, and what' s more, reflective thinking.
