This paper starts with the problems confronted in cultivating management professionals and deems that cultivating specialty cognizing ability has significance on motivating students＇learning go- abeadism. This paper puts forward that cultivating specialty cognizing ability should follow to the rule of cognizing and advance the efficiency of cognizing.
