摘要
专业认知能力的培养对于调动学生学习主动性具有现实意义,管理学子专业认知能力培养应遵循认知发展规律,提高认知的实效性,结合管理专业特点,通过专业目标、课程导入、专业学科发展方向引导、理论和实践互动教学等方式开展。
This paper starts with the problems confronted in cultivating management professionals and deems that cultivating specialty cognizing ability has significance on motivating students'learning go- abeadism. This paper puts forward that cultivating specialty cognizing ability should follow to the rule of cognizing and advance the efficiency of cognizing.
