海洋泥质沉积物的孢粉实验室处理方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了对比孢粉实验前处理中的酸碱处理法与氢氟酸处理法在富集孢粉方面的优劣,选用5个冲绳海槽海洋沉积岩芯的样品进行了分组对比研究。结果显示,氢氟酸处理法在最终富集物的分散性、孢粉的分离状况及孢粉纹饰的清晰程度等方面均优于酸碱处理法,有利于孢粉的鉴定。氢氟酸处理法所获孢粉浓度一般是酸碱处理法的3-4倍,甚至更高,这可能与孢粉分离、富集程度好有关。另外,实验过程中,也对ZnI2重液的配制作了简单比较,认为使用锌粉与碘粒反应配制碘化锌重液,具有配制时间短、成本低和毒性小的优点,是较好的选择。 Five samples of marine muddy sediments in a core from the Okinawa Trough were prepared re- spectively by using acid-alkali treatment method and HF treatment method to make a comparison between the two treatment methods. It is shown from the comparison results that the HF treatment method is superior to the acid-alkali treatment method because of its high dispersiveness, excellent pollen separation and distinct pollen characters, which is beneficial to the pollen identification. The pollen concentrations prepared by using HF treatment method are 3 to 4 times those prepared by using acid-alkali treatment method, which may be related to its better pollen separation and concentration. In addition, the compari- sons between the methods for preparing the ZnI2 heavy liquid were also made, and it is shown from the comparison results that the method by using the reaction of zinc powders and iodine grains is a better method for preparing the ZnI2 heavy liquid with the merits of short preparation time, low cost and low to-xicity.
