摘要 为了研究燃尽风对NOx炉内分布的影响,采用TASCFLOW软件使用数值模拟方法,对一台现役锅炉进行了4种工况的数值模拟,通过分析不同负荷下投停燃尽风时炉内温度,O2,CO和NOx浓度分布,研究了燃尽风对NOx炉内分布的影响,得出了一些有参考价值的结论和数据。 In order to study the effect of over fired air on NOx distribution in furnace, a boiler was studied by numerical simulation with the TASCFLOW software on four different stations. By analyzing the temperature and the densities of O2, CO and NOx in furnace when over fired air was used and stopped in different situation, the effect of over fired air on NOx distribution in furnace was studied.
