摘要
某高炉基础施工正处于冬季,其体积约5400 m3,按工程网络计划应在-6至-24℃的负温度条件下施工。区别于正常温度下的施工,一是结构内外温差趋于增大,二是结构混凝土需要防冻,三是保温模式要与施工环境相适应。实际施工中,利用水泥水化热的养护条件,采取低水泥用量,适度的水温细粉掺料与保温包式施工,较好的解决了上述问题,经济、可靠地达到预期效果。
Certain high furnace foundation is lying in winter construction. Its capacity is 5 400 m^3 approximately. According to engineering network of plan, it should be constructed at - 6 to - 24 ℃. This is different from construction at normal temperature. Firstly, temperature difference of inward-outward structure is enlarged gradually. The .second is prevention frostbite of structural concrete. The third is how thermal retardation model adapts to construction environment. Normally, these problems are settled by utilizing heat of hydration of concrete in curing condition, adopting lower use level of concrete, moderate water temperature, fine spike and construction model of insulation packet in practice. At same time,anticipated effects may be reached as well.
