归芍止痛汤治疗原发性痛经84例疗效观察

Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels and Paeonia Lactiflora Pall Analgesic Soup in treating primary dysmenorrhea in 84 cases

目的观察归芍止痛汤治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将符合条件的166例患者随机分为治疗组84例,对照组82例。治疗组给予归芍止痛汤治疗,对照组给予消炎痛治疗。结果治疗组治愈率65.5%,总有效率95.2%;对照组治愈率26.8%,总有效率70.7%。结论归芍止痛汤治疗原发性痛经疗效确切。

[Objective] To observe the Angelica sinensis（Oliv.）Diels and Paeonia lactiflora Pall Analgesic Soup in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea clinical efficacy. [Methods] Will be consistent with the conditions of 166 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 84 cases of the treatment group, 82 cases of the control group. The treatment group gives Angelica sinensis（Oliv.）Diels and Paeonia lactiflora Pall Analgesic Soup treatment. The control group gives indomethacin treatment. [Results] The treatment group cure rate of 65.5%, the total efficiency of 95.2%. The control group cure rate of 26.8%, the total efficiency of 70.7%. [Conclusion] The effect of Angelica sinensis（Oliv.）Diels and Paeonia lactiflora Pall Analgesic Soup in treating primary dysmenorrhea to be accurate.
