摘要
通过对大学校长创新性特质与大学绩效相关性的研究,发现大学绩效的优良从一定程度上反映大学校长的领导绩效大小,而基于校长领导绩效角度的大学绩效评价与传统的大学绩效评价相比具有评价内容的明确性和评价意义的多重性等特点,从而更易于从繁杂的指标中筛选出反映大学绩效的指标。因此,要以大学校长领导绩效评价为出发点来构建基于大学校长领导绩效的大学绩效评价指标体系,为政府、学生、家长和社会作一参考,同时为大学发展、教育改革及创新提供借鉴。
Through the relevant research to university president's innovative trait and the university achievements, we discovered that the university achievements reflect the university president's leadership achievements on a certain degree. Compared with the traditional university achievements evaluation, the university achievements evaluation based on president leadership achievements has clear evaluation content and multiple evaluation significance and so on. Thus we can choose the index easily which reflects university achievements from the numerous indexes. The author initially proposes constructing a university achievements evaluation index system according to university president leadership achievements, and provides a reference for the government, the student,the parents and the society. At the same time, university presidents could ponder the university development,the education reform and innovation through this index system.
