With the rapid development of knowledge economy, new vigor and opportunity are hepling the enterprises to participate in the market competition. At the same time,the financial management of the enterprises is challenged. Financial management is needed to be reformed to adapt to the development. This paper analyzes the present situation and disadvantages of the traditional financial management under the era of knowledge economy, and elaborates its innovation on financial management concepts , financial management goal , financial management content and so on.
