摘要
利用微波辐射加热制备了竹质活性炭,并对竹质活性炭进行改性,以竹质活性炭和改性竹质活性炭为吸波材料,利用微波诱导氧化印刷电路板脱膜废水。对比了四种条件下废水的处理效果,考察了常规加热和微波加热对废水处理效果的影响,着重探讨了吸波材料的用量、微波功率和加热时间对废水处理效果的影响。当使用1 g的改性竹质活性炭作为催化剂,在微波功率为500 W的微波场中加热处理15 min后,预处理废水的COD去除率高达96%。
Microwave irradiation was used to produce bamboo charcoal and modified bamboo charcoal, which were used as microwave absorbing materials in the experiment of the microwave induces oxidation of the printed circuit board coating wastewater. This article firstly introduces the results of the effect under four different conditions and by different heating ways, and then mainly discusses the amount of absorbing materials, microwave power and heating time on wastewater treatment effects. When 1 g modified bamboo charcoal is used as the catalyst with the microwave power of 500 W and the heating time of 15 minutes, the wastewater COD removal rate can reach 96%.
