Regulations of Chongqing Municipality on Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage(Advising Draft by Scholars)

重庆市的非物质文化遗产保护工作是走在全国各省市前列的,但稍嫌不足的是缺少一部专门性的法规来指导非物质文化遗产的保护活动。我们参照兄弟省份的立法例,结合重庆实际,起草了本条例的学者建议稿。

The protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Chongqing holds a leading position in China. However, there is a lack of special regulations to guide the protection. We consult the regulations of other provinces and based on the condition of Chongqing, we make this advising draft.
